Alison Harrington has over 11 years experience in new media technology in Australia working across both strategy and implementation in start up and traditional environments.  Alison has corporate experience at Microsoft Australia and was a founding director at ninemsn. Post ninemsn Alison co-founded an own ecommerce business “thespot” and employed a staff of 45 and raised $10m in capital in under a year. She was a state finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and was inducted into the Australian Business Womens Hall of Fame.

Alison has successfully run her own technology consulting business working across diverse technologies such as interactive TV, 3G, SMS and online. She is a  dynamic leader, manager and coach with a proven ability to develop strategy and deliver results using new technology in short time frames. Alison has strong creative and business development skills combined with an understanding of how to leverage new technologies to create new revenue opportunities. Alison also has an ability to formulate and implement marketing strategies across new media and experience in managing P&L on and ongoing basis.
